Advocacia Fernanda Hernandez excels in dealing with Brazilians

Supreme Justice Court.
The legal advice provided by members of this office also covers
administrative demands before the Board of Tax Appeals (Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais – CARF), the National Department of Mineral Production (DNPM), the National Agency of Telecommunications (ANATEL), the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), the Office of Economic Law (SDE), the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Resources (IBAMA), the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Finance of the Federal District.
The firm provides assistance both in judicial and non-judicial
matters; in particular, from the preparation and follow-up of
court actions to drafting petitions and appeals; assistance for the
conducting of oral arguments at the various levels of the Judiciary;
